Dr. Vargas gave us the latest stats at our last well-check:
Gracie's 22 lbs, putting her in the 25% for weight. I believe she was in the 50% for height. Pretty consistent with her past stats. She checked out just fine in all the developmental areas. We just need to get her completely off the bottle. Soon. (((sigh)))
In this last month Gracie has developed opinions. She would like to watch Signing Time while she drinks her milk, thank you. And if you don't understand what she's asking for, well then, she will just crumple in a boneless heap on the floor and cry the most pathetic cry you've ever heard. She would like the string cheese! Not the square cheese! Dadgummit people, can't you tell she means ORANGE, even when she asks for an APPLE? Sheesh!
I forget how much an 18 month old observes when no one's looking. Like, how to fold her arms just like Daddy. Or how to put lipstick on and smack her lips. How to put a violin under her chin, or buckle her own seatbelt. There's a new discovery everyday at this age!
The latest discovery? Gracie's fondness for broccoli. Observe...

That is one cute little stinker! Eve had a Hanna Andersson dress just like that at her age. I love those dresses! They seem to go perfect wtih curls :-)
