Since we've been in Arizona, the Glendale Glitter and Glow has become a fun tradition. Once a year, at the end of the holiday season, historic downtown Glendale shuts down traffic and surrenders it's streets to hot air balloons, bands, food vendors, blow up slides, bouncy houses, and lots, lots, LOTS of pedestrians. It's the last night for the city's Christmas lights to be on. We enjoy ourselves every time we go. The bands are fantastic, the balloons are magical, we stuff ourselves full of kettle corn, and I can never pass up the chance to buy a glow-in-the-dark necklace. (Mine's still in the freezer).

I love the pictures of Gracie with the Monster Trucks! Our girls are going to be so balanced having those big brothers! We miss you!
Great photos! Glendale Glitter and Glow is lots of lovely alliteration.
So fun! Wish we had something like that here. Is there only the 1 balloon?
