And so it begins...

Gracie has taken a sudden interest in Jonah's toys. She could care less about baby rattles. Give that girl a monster truck. Jonah will be flipping out as soon as he notices, but so far so good.

6 months old

I cannot believe that Gracie is 6 months old tomorrow. It makes me sad. Half of her first year has already flown by! The next 6 months will be filled with the beginnings of crawling, talking, eating finger-food, and walking. Please, God, help me to soak up every second of it.

Move 'em on, Head 'em up!

As I filmed a little snippet of playtime this morning, I couldn't help but sing Rawhide to myself.

Peek a Boo Experiment

I asked Jonah to play Peek a Boo with Gracie yesterday while I was feeding her. It was just an experiment to see if she's ready for that level of excitement. The results? She's warming up to it but still doesn't really "get it". And Jonah? Well, Jonah slays himself.

Favorite Toy

I think it's funny that the one Taggie on this ball she obsesses over is the actual tag. I guess there's just no substitute.
